We would like to inform you that the SimNet team has successfully corrected an unexpected issue with the SIMnet system that occurred earlier today.
The system experienced a performance degradation from 2:50PM until 3:25PM EDT on 10/22/2013 which caused you and your students to experience slow response times for SIMnet. Between 3:08PM-3:10PM EDT, SIMnet was completely unavailable as the system was being reset.
As of 3:25PM EDT, the SIMnet system is functioning normally again, and our team will continue to closely monitor the system to ensure its performance.
