At 1:15PM Eastern on Friday, September 12, our cloud file storage provider experienced an outage that caused errors and slow load times for SIMnet Projects & Resources. Our vendor partially resolved the issue on Friday night, but errors sill occasionally occurred on until Sunday morning. This issue is was fully resolved as of 3:25PM Eastern on Sunday September 14. You and your students may have experienced slow response times or errors with the following:
- Downloading resource start files
- Uploading resource submissions
- Uploading project submissions
- Grading project submissions
