Microsoft has just added a new app called StaffHub to Office 365. It’s a calendar-meets-messaging app that’s designed to help bartenders and servers keep their schedules organized. Workers can use the app to trade shifts or request swaps. They can talk to one another using the messaging portion of the app to help coordinate scheduling events, or to exchange any information they want. The only hitch is that it’s not free. The employer would have to get an Office 365 kiosk license, which costs $4 per month for each employee using the app.
