On Monday August 28th from 2:03 to 2:34 PM, EDT SIMnet was unavailable or experienced longer than normal load times in some North American regions. Users who were effected by this outage would have experienced long load times or been unable to load SIMnet.
This outage occurred due to technical issues experienced by our Content Delivery Network (CDN) provider. We are working with the CDN provider to ensure the continued stability of the SIMnet platform for all of our users.
